1. Participate in the optimization of workshop management processes and assist team leaders in personnel scheduling and production planning.
2. Complete production tasks on time and in the required quantities according to the production plan.
3. Operate strictly according to the production process flow;
4. Obey the company’s arrangements and complete technical learning tasks beyond the scope of your current position.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Major: Associate degree or above; majors in chemical engineering, environmental protection, or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience Requirements: Recent graduates and interns are welcome—no prior experience required (the company provides systematic training).
3. Skill Qualities:
(1) Possess basic production knowledge or hands-on operational skills, and have a strong interest in the chemical industry.
(2) Strong learning ability, willing to dive deep into the chemical industry, and possessing a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
4. Other: This position is suitable for males aged 35 and under, who are able to adapt to the production site environment and comply with job assignments.
