1. Water Sample Analysis and Scheme Design: Based on the wastewater samples or water quality data provided by the client, conduct testing and analysis to identify the composition of the water and the characteristics of its pollutants, and use these findings as the basis for designing the treatment scheme.
2. Pharmaceutical R&D and Optimization: Responsible for developing formulations of water treatment chemicals, conducting performance testing, and verifying efficacy; continuously optimizing products to ensure they meet customers’ personalized requirements for compliant water quality.
3. Technical Support and Project Management: Liaise with customer requirements, provide on-site technical support, guide the addition of chemicals and system commissioning work, and take charge of the advancement and management of related technical projects.
4. Industry Research and Innovation: Track the latest developments in water treatment technologies, conduct forward-looking industry research, and promote R&D innovation and technological upgrades.

Job Requirements
1. Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in the R&D or application of water treatment chemicals, with a solid understanding of the properties of chemical agents and industry standards in areas such as wastewater treatment and industrial recirculating water systems. Possesses the ability to independently design chemical formulations, conduct experimental verification, and perform on-site commissioning.
3. Skill Requirements: Proficient in the mechanisms of action and compatibility principles of water treatment chemicals such as scale inhibitors, biocides, and defoamers; skilled in the use of laboratory instruments including spectrometers and COD analyzers, as well as common data analysis software; possessing excellent problem-solving skills, able to respond swiftly to customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
4. Comprehensive Qualities: Possesses strong communication and expression skills, enabling efficient collaboration with clients and the technical team; able to adapt to short-term business trips and participate in on-site technical support and project coordination.
