1. Be fully responsible for the company’s R&D activities, including but not limited to new product development, process guidance, management and development of the R&D team, and management of patents and intellectual property rights;
2. The R&D focus is on defoamers, and I am responsible for the development, experimentation, process optimization, and production guidance of the company’s defoamer products.
3. Responsible for managing and providing professional guidance to the R&D team, continuously enhancing the team’s expertise and the company’s R&D capabilities.
4. Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s various R&D projects, management systems, and related work standards.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or higher, with a background in polymer materials and engineering, environmental science, chemical engineering, applied chemistry, or a related field;
2. Possesses more than 6 years of experience in the R&D of defoamers and is capable of independently conducting both the R&D and application development of defoamer products.
3. Possess more than 3 years of experience in R&D team management, with a proven track record of independently leading teams to successfully complete projects.
