Shandong Prio Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D and production of industrial water treatment chemicals and intelligent dosing equipment, water treatment technical services, and digital application management. Its operations center is located in Jinan, Shandong Province, while its production bases are situated in Heze and Dezhou, covering a total area of over 200 mu. The company has an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. It boasts a 5,000-square-meter water treatment research institute equipped with more than 100 advanced experimental and testing devices, and has assembled a team of 55 engineers led by doctoral-level experts. The company has obtained over 30 invention patents and utility model patents, and has established long-term collaborations with numerous universities including Shandong University and Qilu University of Technology.
We have introduced Siemens’ fully automated production system and UFIDA’s YonSuite data management system, enabling end-to-end digital control—from production planning and process monitoring to quality traceability. Built upon the ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards, we ensure stable and reliable product quality. Our company’s five major product lines—single-unit water treatment equipment, membrane treatment chemicals, circulating water treatment chemicals, wastewater treatment chemicals, and a full range of defoaming chemicals—continuously provide products and services to industries including power generation, iron and steel, metallurgy, petrochemicals, coal chemical industry, textile dyeing, fine chemicals, and new energy. Prio adheres to the “butler-style service” philosophy and, centered in Jinan, has established offices in Chongqing, Xi’an, Hohhot, Urumqi, Nanjing, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Baotou, and Wuhan, offering users free technical services such as pre-sales site visits, information gathering, water sample testing, solution development, bid preparation, cleaning and maintenance, and preventive maintenance and inspection. 2025
The Heze production base has been designated as a key project in Shandong Province.
2024
The Heze production base has fully come into operation. Ma Baifa, General Manager of Prio, was elected as a representative to the Juye County People's Congress.
2023
Invest in and build a 3,000-square-meter R&D and experimental base for water treatment. Implement an “Optimization Year” for management, and promote the establishment of a robust management system.
2022
Attracting investment to Heze to build a production base with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. Obtaining the hygiene permit issued by the Ministry of Health for drinking water-related products.
2021
The Prio China Construction Operations Center has been launched, and an after-sales service and operations management team has been established, initially achieving nationwide coverage.
2020
Establish a new production line for defoaming agent R&D (a defoaming agent for the alumina industry has been successfully developed and put into use).
