Product Introduction

The liquid phosphorus removal agent is an inorganic polymeric phosphorus removal agent developed and manufactured by our company specifically for municipal wastewater treatment in China. It features stable chemical properties and superior phosphorus removal performance, effectively reducing the total phosphorus concentration in raw water.

During use, it can rapidly dissolve and form a large number of complexed cations. At the same time, it stably binds with phosphate ions present in the raw water, forming phosphate precipitates that co-precipitate with the flocs generated during the coagulation process, thereby achieving the purpose of chemical phosphorus removal.

Instructions for use

1 For raw water quality in different industries, the laboratory conducts beaker tests to determine the optimal process conditions and dosage of the composite phosphorus removal agent.

2 Then, based on the results of laboratory simulation tests, add the reagents under the optimal process conditions and dosage. After sufficient coagulation and sedimentation, the total phosphorus in the raw water can be reduced.

3 The dilution and dissolution equipment as well as the dosing equipment for this product must be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
