Product Performance
P0-700 oxidizing biocide is a new‑generation, highly efficient, low‑toxicity, broad‑spectrum bactericide and algaecide. It reacts via crosslinking with amino groups on the cell surface, inhibiting protein synthesis and causing denaturation of the protein’s internal structure, thereby exerting its biocidal activity. It effectively kills both aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms as well as algae. Additionally, it adsorbs onto the microbial cell surface, disrupting the cytoplasmic membrane that regulates bacterial permeability, leading to cell death. During use, P0-700 oxidizing biocide exhibits a low propensity for inducing resistance in microorganisms. Beyond its potent biocidal action, it also delivers excellent penetration and biofilm‑stripping performance. It is compatible with corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, and dispersants; it can coexist with chlorine, demonstrating outstanding compatibility. Furthermore, its surface‑active properties enable it to readily penetrate protective biofilm layers formed by sludge, thereby eliminating the bacteria residing beneath.

Product Features

Instructions for Use
P0-700 oxidizing biocide is suitable for bactericidal and algaecidal treatment in circulating cooling water systems across industries such as petrochemicals, healthcare, power generation, metallurgy, and oilfield water injection. It can also be used for slime removal from various heat exchangers and cooling towers. P0-700 is applicable to a wide range of water qualities, with a typical dosage of 80. ~ 120 mg per dose; the actual dosage depends on the specific circumstances. For cleaning and sludge removal, use 200. ~ 300 ppm.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions
P0-700 oxidizing biocide is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or as specified by the customer. Store in a cool, indoor location; shelf life is twelve months. If P0-700 oxidizing biocide comes into contact with skin, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water.
