Dosage point: The cleaning agent should be used in conjunction with the membrane cleaning equipment provided by the membrane system manufacturer. If you do not have such equipment, please contact Prio's technical engineers to manufacture or obtain a membrane cleaning device.
Dosage: Prio's technical engineers will determine the optimal dosage based on the actual conditions of your system, typically as a percentage of the total volume of liquid in the cleaning system. 2-5%, The entire system includes a cleaning tank, connecting pipelines, a filter, a pressure vessel, and a membrane.
Dilution: The cleaning agent must be diluted in the cleaning tank before being introduced into the membrane system. It is recommended to dilute it to a mass concentration of: 2%-5% (Acidic cleaning agent adjusted to 2-3 Alkaline cleaning agent ph Adjust to 10-11 , use R0 Prepare cleaning solution for water production )。
Cleaning instructions:
1 1. Inspect and connect the cleaning circuit: The cleaning tank, pipelines, and security filter have been properly connected. Clean them thoroughly with demineralized water, performing at least two complete cleaning cycles. If necessary, install a new filter cartridge into the security filter. During cleaning, circulate the prepared cleaning solution at low pressure and high flow rate on the concentrate side of the membrane; at this stage, the membrane elements remain installed inside the pressure vessel.
2 Fill the cleaning tank to half its volume with reverse-osmosis permeate or demineralized water. Slowly add the pre-calculated amount of cleaning agent into the cleaning tank and mix thoroughly. Ideally, maintain the temperature of the cleaning solution within... 30 Around ℃.
3 According to the cleaning circuit, start the cleaning pump and begin the cleaning process. Initially, the effluent will flow out.
