Detailed introduction

Ceramic dispersant PR-908

Alternative names: viscosity reducer, water-reducing agent, grinding aid, deflocculant

Performance and Applications:

PR-908 Ceramic dispersant This product is a salt primarily composed of anionic polymers. It adsorbs onto the surfaces of various fine particles, generating electrostatic repulsion to keep them dispersed and prevent settling and re‑agglomeration. It is mainly used as an additive in industries such as magnetic materials, electronic ceramics, papermaking, alumina ceramics, and daily-use ceramics, and is added during the grinding and processing of slurries. PR-908 Ceramic dispersant It can significantly reduce the viscosity of the material being processed, facilitating processing and ensuring stable slurry viscosity after dispersion. TH-908 Ceramic dispersant During the product calcination process, it volatilizes completely, leaving no impact on the product’s physicochemical properties. This product generates minimal foam, is non‑toxic and non‑corrosive, and is classified as a non‑hazardous material.

Instructions for use:

In the grinder or mixing tank (barrel), first place the raw materials containing a certain amount of moisture, then add a measured quantity of… PR-908 Ceramic dispersant This product, after grinding and processing, yields a high-solids slurry with excellent stability and flowability, reducing water consumption and facilitating both the grinding process and the shortening of drying time. In powder production via dry pressing or semi-dry pressing, the spray‑dried granules exhibit superior green strength during compaction, significantly enhancing the wear resistance of the green bodies and minimizing defects such as non‑uniform shrinkage and cracking during firing.

PR-908 Ceramic dispersant The typical addition level is of the material’s 0.2-2% Left and right (on a dry basis); the actual dosage may be adjusted according to experimental conditions. It can also be used in combination with inorganic phosphate dispersants.

Packaging and Storage:

PR-908 Ceramic dispersant Packaged in plastic drums, each drum contains 25kg Alternatively, it may be determined according to user requirements; store in a cool, dry indoor location, protected from freezing and direct sunlight; the shelf life is ten months from the date of manufacture.

Security Protection

PR-908 Ceramic dispersant It is weakly alkaline; take appropriate personal protective measures during handling, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
