Detailed introduction

Product Performance

DTR0 The cleaning agent is an acidic, composite liquid formulation designed specifically for cleaning membranes contaminated by carbonates. It effectively removes even heavily fouled metal oxide deposits. It delivers outstanding cleaning performance on membranes fouled by carbonates, silicates, sulfates, and other similar contaminants. This cleaning agent is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes and hollow-fiber membranes. Its excellent cleaning efficacy can increase membrane flux, reduce pressure drop, and extend the membrane’s service life.

Method 1: Note: The usage of acidic cleaners is the same as that of alkaline cleaners.

(1) Check the connection of the cleaning circuit: The cleaning tank, pipelines, and safety filter have been properly connected. Clean them thoroughly with demineralized water, performing at least two rounds of cleaning. If necessary, install a new filter cartridge into the safety filter.

(2) Inject half the volume into the cleaning tank, then slowly add the pre-calculated cleaning agent into the cleaning tank and mix thoroughly. Ideally, the temperature of the cleaning solution should be controlled at... 30 About degrees.

(3) According to the cleaning circuit, start the cleaning pump and begin the cleaning process. The volume of the cleaning agent is approximately that of the cleaning fluid. 5%-15% The cleaning flow rate and velocity should follow the recommended values provided by the membrane manufacturer or system supplier. The cleaning duration depends on the degree of fouling; generally, 12-24 An hour.

Please consult Prio's technical engineers to determine the dosing points and dosing amounts based on your specific system conditions. In certain systems, specific dosing points and injection equipment are essential.

Cleaning Instructions

(1) Check the connection of the cleaning circuit: The cleaning tank, piping, and security filter have been properly connected. Clean them thoroughly with demineralized water, performing at least two complete cleaning cycles. If necessary, install a new filter cartridge into the security filter. During cleaning, circulate the prepared cleaning solution at low pressure and high flow rate on the concentrate side of the membrane; at this stage, the membrane elements remain installed inside the pressure vessel.

(2) Fill the cleaning tank to half its volume with reverse-osmosis permeate or demineralized water. Slowly add the pre-calculated amount of cleaning agent into the cleaning tank, and mix thoroughly. Ideally, maintain the cleaning solution temperature within... 30 Around ℃.

(3) According to the cleaning circuit, start the cleaning pump and begin the cleaning process. Initially, the effluent will flow out. R0 The membrane cleaning solution should be drained from the system, with a volume approximately equal to that of the cleaning tank. 10%-20% The cleaning flow rate and velocity should follow the recommended values provided by the membrane manufacturer or system supplier. The cleaning duration depends on the degree of fouling; generally, 8-12 An hour.
