Detailed introduction

Product Performance

The P0-610 series water quality stabilizer is a copolymer formulated from a combination of organic phosphonates, sulfonate copolymers, carboxylate copolymers, zinc salts, and copper corrosion inhibitors. It exhibits excellent scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, and dispersing properties, demonstrates good compatibility with commonly used biocides and algaecides, boasts excellent thermal stability, and is resistant to decomposition and loss of efficacy. It is particularly suitable for make-up water with high chlorine levels and medium-to-high alkalinity.

Instructions for use

The dosage generally varies depending on water quality and process conditions. Add the daily required amount of water stabilizer to the plastic dosing tank (or container) at a concentration of 30–50 ppm. For ease of use, you can dilute the stabilizer with water and then continuously add it via a metering pump or by adjusting the valve at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e., at the outlet of the sump). Alternatively, you can opt for a shock dose application.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

Corrosion-inhibiting scale inhibitor P0-610 is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or according to the customer’s specific requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. The corrosion and scale inhibitor P0-610 is weakly acidic. During handling, pay attention to occupational safety measures and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
