Product Performance
P0-680 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is primarily composed of various complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents, surfactants, and other components. In the organic complexes, the lone pair of electrons on oxygen atoms chemically adsorb onto metal ions such as iron and calcium, or onto iron atoms carrying partial positive charges, forming coordination bonds. This ultimately results in the formation of a poorly soluble chelating film that coats the surface of metals like carbon steel. This film exhibits high electrical resistance and effectively isolates the metal from corrosive media present in the water, thereby inhibiting corrosion. P0-680 high-efficiency pre-filming agent features rapid film-forming speed, a fine and uniform film structure, excellent chemical stability, and low corrosion rates. It demonstrates strong adaptability to water quality and is unaffected by harmful ions such as copper and iron present in the water. This agent is mainly used for pre-filming heat exchange equipment and pipelines in newly commissioned circulating cooling water systems or after system maintenance, creating a protective film on metal surfaces to prevent corrosion of materials such as carbon steel, copper alloys, and stainless steel during operation.

Instructions for use
The typical dosage concentration of P0-680 high-efficiency pre-film agent is 1,000 mg/L. The pre-film duration is 12–24 hours in cold conditions and 8–16 hours in hot conditions. During the pre-film process, the calcium ion concentration in the water should be around 50. ~ 100 mg/L, with a pH of 5-7, yields the best results.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions
The P0-680 high-efficiency pre-film agent is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing either 25 kg or 200 kg. It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated indoor area, and has a shelf life of twelve months. It does not cause significant skin irritation; if it comes into contact with the skin, simply rinse with water.
