Instructions for use

Ammonia nitrogen removal agent under neutral conditions ( p H Value 6~8) For optimal results, the dosage varies depending on the concentration of难降解氨氮 in the wastewater. Based on empirical values, if you want to reduce... 1ppm ammonia nitrogen; the usage of this product is approximately 10–15 ppm, By analogy, there is a linear relationship.

Pilot program

Before normal use, you can first conduct a small-scale trial in the laboratory to confirm the effectiveness and dosage. The procedure is as follows:

1 Take a certain volume of wastewater as the test sample. Based on the difference between the ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the wastewater and the target ammonia-nitrogen concentration, estimate the addition concentration of the ammonia-nitrogen removal agent using empirical values.

2 Based on the estimated dosage concentration of the ammonia-nitrogen removal agent, a gradient of reagent addition concentrations is established (e.g., 50ppm100ppm150ppm And so on.

3 Add the reagents to the test water sequentially according to the concentration gradient, and stir. 5min After full reaction.

4 Determine the residual ammonia nitrogen content in the water, and based on the experimental results, select the optimal addition concentration.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

25kg/ Bag; store in a cool, dry place for a shelf life of twelve months. During handling, take appropriate occupational safety precautions and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

When in use, after the ammonia-nitrogen removal agent has been fully dissolved in the dissolution tank, it can be pumped and added at the wastewater discharge outlet.
