Product Performance

P0-820, an environmentally friendly, phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor, contains a large number of functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, and other groups. In aqueous solutions, these functional groups exhibit excellent complexing and dispersing properties toward ions like calcium, magnesium, and copper, while also effectively deactivating salts containing these ions. Experimental results confirm that this agent boasts outstanding scale-inhibiting and corrosion-inhibiting performance. Moreover, any residual agent remaining in the effluent can be biodegraded by microorganisms, thus preventing environmental accumulation and pollution, and avoiding the adverse effects of eutrophication. This product is a new, environmentally friendly corrosion and scale inhibitor that is fully compatible with ecological principles.

Instructions for use

Determine the dosage of chemicals based on the customer’s water quality, and add the daily required amount of corrosion and scale inhibitor into the plastic dosing bucket. ( or box ) Inside, for ease of use, the agent can be diluted with softened water and then delivered via a metering pump or by adjusting the valve at the inlet of the circulation pump. (At the outlet of the collection basin) Continuous addition or shock dosing is employed, with a typical dosage concentration of 20. ~ 50 ppm.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor P0-820 is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or according to the customer’s specific requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. The corrosion and scale inhibitor P0-820 is weakly acidic. During handling, pay attention to occupational safety measures and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
