Product Performance

P0-800, an environmentally friendly, phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor, contains a large number of functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, and ether groups. In aqueous solutions, these functional groups exhibit affinity toward calcium. 、 Ions such as magnesium and copper exhibit excellent complexing and dispersing properties, while also effectively deactivating salts containing these ions. Experimental results confirm that this agent possesses outstanding scale-inhibiting and corrosion-inhibiting performance. Moreover, any residual agent remaining in the effluent can be biodegraded by microorganisms, thus preventing environmental accumulation and pollution, and avoiding the adverse effects of eutrophication. This product is a new, environmentally friendly corrosion- and scale-inhibiting agent that is fully compatible with the environment.

Instructions for use

According to On-site The dosage of chemicals was determined through water quality testing, and the daily required amount of corrosion and scale inhibitor was added to the plastic chemical dosing bucket. ( or box ) Inside, for ease of use, the agent can be diluted with water and then delivered via a metering pump or by adjusting the valve at the inlet of the circulating pump. (At the outlet of the collection basin) continuous addition or shock dosing is employed; the typical dosage concentration is 30. ~ 70 ppm.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor P0-800 is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or according to the customer’s specific requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. The corrosion and scale inhibitor P0-800 is weakly acidic. During handling, take appropriate labor protection measures and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
