Performance and Applications
PBTCA It has a low phosphorus content, and its structural features—comprising both phosphonic and carboxylic acid groups—endow it with excellent scale‑inhibition and corrosion‑inhibition properties, outperforming commonly used organic phosphonates. In particular, under high‑temperature conditions, its scale‑inhibition performance significantly surpasses that of conventional organic phosphonates. It can enhance the solubility of zinc, exhibits strong resistance to chlorine oxidation, and demonstrates excellent synergistic compatibility in formulations. Widely applicable in the formulation of high‑efficiency scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors, it delivers superior performance and also serves as an excellent stabilizer for zinc salts.
PBTCA It is widely used as a corrosion inhibitor and scale suppressant in circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water‑injection systems, and is particularly well suited for formulation with zinc salts and copolymers. It can be employed in high‑temperature, high‑hardness, high‑alkalinity applications, as well as in systems requiring a high concentration factor. In the detergent industry, it serves as a chelating agent and a metal‑cleaning agent.

Instructions for use:
PBTC It is typically used in combination with other water treatment agents such as zinc salts, copolymers, organic phosphonates, and azoles. When used alone, the dosage is 5 ~ 15mg/L。
Packaging and Storage :
PBTC Packaged in plastic drums, each drum 25kg or 250kg , or as determined by user requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location. Shelf life: twelve months.
Security Protection:
PBTC It is acidic; observe appropriate personal protective measures during handling, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
