Performance and Applications:

T-225 It is a copolymer of acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate, which exhibits excellent inhibition of the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and especially calcium phosphate scale. It also demonstrates superior dispersing performance against ferric oxide, sludge, clay, and oil fouling; it can operate at high… pH under the specified conditions; with organic phosphonates, BTA It exhibits excellent miscibility and is particularly effective in inhibiting the deposition of zinc salts and the precipitation of calcium phosphate scale.

T-225 It exhibits excellent scale‑inhibition and dispersing performance under high‑temperature and alkaline conditions, making it suitable for use in circulating cooling water systems operating under alkaline conditions and in the presence of substantial phosphate levels.

T-225 It is primarily used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant for various circulating cooling waters, particularly those with high turbidity or exposed to dust‑contaminated environments.

Instructions for use:

T-225 Normal usage amount 10 ~ 30mg/L It can be compounded with organic phosphonates to form an all‑organic (alkaline) formulation.

Packaging and Storage:

T-225 Packaged in plastic drums, each drum 25kg or 200kg, Alternatively, it may be determined according to user requirements. Store in a cool, well-ventilated indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months.

T-225 It is mildly corrosive; take appropriate personal protective measures during handling, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
