Product Performance

P0-730 slime‑stripping agent is formulated from high‑efficiency cationic surfactants, powerful penetrants, and dispersants, offering broad‑spectrum, highly effective biocidal and algaecidal performance, along with strong slime‑removal and cleaning capabilities. P0-730 exhibits excellent dispersibility and permeability, with strong penetrating power, low toxicity, and rapid action, effectively breaking down and stripping slimes composed of viscous mud, oil‑based deposits, algal and bacterial secretions, and microbial biofilms. It also softens and removes surface contaminants from metals, provides corrosion inhibition, and enhances the heat‑transfer efficiency of equipment. P0-730 is non‑corrosive to metals, rubbers, plastics, and other materials; it dissolves readily in water and is unaffected by water hardness. Consequently, it is widely used in circulating water systems across various industries for slime removal and cleaning. Additionally, it can serve as a biocide and algaecide, a cleaning agent, and a preservative in papermaking processes.

Instructions for Use

When used as a slime‑removal agent, P0‑730 should be dosed based on the water holdup; the typical dosage is 200–500 ppm. In cases of heavy algal growth, to achieve rapid kill and detachment, the dosage may be increased accordingly. After dosing, if sludge or debris appears in the circulating water due to the stripping process, promptly remove any floating material to prevent secondary settling. When employed as a biocide and algaecide, the recommended dosage for P0‑730 is generally 100–200 ppm. Do not mix with anionic surfactants, nor use concurrently with chlorophenol‑based agents.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

P0-730 high-efficiency slime‑removal agent is packaged in plastic drums, available in 25 kg or 200 kg per drum. Store in a cool, well‑ventilated indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. It is non‑irritating to the skin; if it comes into contact with skin, rinse thoroughly with water.
