Product Performance

This product is based on The TRT unit exhibits specific scaling characteristics, and a specialized scale-inhibiting and corrosion-preventing agent has been developed specifically for this purpose. At high temperatures within the blast-furnace gas pipelines, this agent can enter a vaporized state. The vaporized agent mixes uniformly with the flue gas, effectively inhibiting and shielding the substances that cause scaling in the TRT unit. This product also features film-forming, cleaning, and neutralizing acidic substances.

A corrosion and scale-inhibiting agent specifically designed for steel plants, which can be used in systems that utilize gas as a medium for exchanging pressure energy and recovering thermal energy.

Adopt a continuous replenishment method, with the replenishment amount determined by... Depending on the scaling condition of the TRT unit, the typical dosage concentration is: 50-150g/10⁴ m ³ .h. If there is any floating or cloudiness, shake before use; this will not affect the product’s performance.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor P0-640 is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or according to the customer’s specific requirements. Store in a cool, indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. The corrosion and scale inhibitor P0-640 is weakly alkaline; during operation, pay attention to personal protective measures and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
