Detailed introduction

Product Introduction

The greywater dispersant is a composite scale inhibitor composed of organic phosphonates, polycarboxylates, and carbonate copolymers, featuring chelating and dispersing properties, and capable of... The formation of scale crystals causes lattice distortion, which loosens or disperses the scale layer in the water, allowing it to be flushed away by the ash water and thus maintaining the normal operation of the ash-water pipeline. This approach is particularly suited for high-concentration ash-water systems in thermal power plants. A composite scale-inhibiting and dispersing agent screened specifically for water quality conditions such as pH and high alkalinity, and is therefore primarily used to prevent scale formation in ash-water and return-water pipelines in thermal power plants.

Instructions for use

Add the daily required scale inhibitor to the plastic dosing bucket. (Or in the tank), for ease of use, the agent can be diluted with water and then continuously added at the inlet of the ash pump via a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The generally recommended dosage concentration is typically 30–50 mg/L.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

The greywater dispersant is packaged in blue plastic buckets, one bucket per unit. 25 kg. Shelf life: twelve months.

Safety and Protection

The greywater dispersant is weakly acidic. When handling it, pay attention to occupational safety measures and avoid contact between the scale inhibitor and skin, eyes, or other body parts. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
