Product Overview

PO-650 thermal network corrosion and scale inhibitor is primarily composed of advanced chelating dispersants. It functions by forming a protective film on metal surfaces through the action of chelating agents, thereby providing corrosion inhibition. At the same time, it induces lattice distortion in scaling‑forming species such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water, making it difficult for scale to adhere firmly to equipment walls and delivering excellent scale‑prevention performance. This product features high temperature resistance, a high scale‑inhibition rate, and good stability against decomposition. PO-650 is a fully organic formulation with excellent biodegradability, making it a highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor for heating water systems.
Instructions for Use
　　Add the chemical according to water quality conditions, dosing at a rate of 50–200 grams per ton of water. If makeup water is added during operation, simply dose PO‑650 thermal network corrosion and scale inhibitor proportionally.

Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Precautions

PO-650 thermal network corrosion and scale inhibitor is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or as specified by the customer. Store in a cool, indoor location; the shelf life is twelve months. PO-650 is mildly alkaline; take appropriate personal protective measures during handling, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
